The Curehire team was tasked with assisting New York Presbyterian’s Weil Cornell Medical Center in finding 13 Critical Care Float RNs who have experience in caring for Post-Caesarean Section patients / Obstetrical emergencies. All roles were only allowed to be performed as night shifts with no relocation assistance or sign-on bonus. Curehire was pitted against six other recruiting firms in a race to find the best talent. Our goal was to fill all 13 within the shortest time possible and with talented candidates that fit the hospital culture.
Straight out of the gate, our team built a bespoke omnichannel recruitment campaign with an emphasis on candidates with 2+ years of ICU/CCU and Obstetrical experience. Using multiple facets of talent web data and competitor-company retention rates, we were able to determine which local candidates were getting close to switching roles. Then, Curehire's nursing consultants pulled and submitted talent using our Insights technology. Due to the competitive nature of this engagement, it was crucial for our team to present the top talent lightyears faster than the other engaged agencies. New York Presbyterian’s speedy hiring process allowed us to get immediate feedback on candidates and tailor the campaign to acquire talent as close to the mark as possible
Curehire placed 11 out of 13 of the Critical Care Float nurses with a total of 26 submissions within 4 months of engagement start. We successfully held a 2.36 candidate-to-placement ratio (significantly beating recruitment industry standard). 7 out of the 11 RNs placed by us, were identified using pre-application intent data. As a result of this work, including the team’s advanced technological recruitment campaign and healthcare recruitment knowledge, Curehire is now exclusively recruiting for a new Nurse Practitioner campaign and a technical IT team for Weil Cornel Medical Center.
